The 100-unit passive house is the first large-scale building in Hungary certified by the “Darmstadt Passivhaus Institut”.

The essence of energy-efficient technology: compact passive thermal envelope, winter solar gain, summer heat protection, airtightness and heat recovery ventilation, and the utilization of geothermal energy.

On average, 50 m2 unit apartment blocks surround a green roofed courtyard. The reinterpreted exterior corridor accessway system has more freedom in design, and minimizes building space inside the “passive envelope”.
