1st prize-winning entry in the design competition for the new building complex of Károli Gáspár Reformed University

“The competition showed how to treat dense urban fabric with generous spatial design, while preserving existing spaces for urban use. Promising solutions show that the new campus can be developed in a kind of “city within the city” […]. Since the call for applications the question of sustainability and reducing the ecological footprint has been stressed – this above all requires the retention and smart use of the Kinizsi Street wing, the recycling of existing structures.”
